By accessing and using the ProductionReady Inc. website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
ProductionReady Inc. (EIN 39-4281413) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to funding Bitcoin open-source software, education, and research. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You may not use the Site to transmit any harmful, threatening, or objectionable material.
Donations made through the Site are processed by third-party payment providers. ProductionReady does not store credit card or payment information. All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Tax receipts will be provided for eligible donations.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ProductionReady Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
Submission of a grant application does not guarantee funding. All grant decisions are made at the sole discretion of the ProductionReady board. Grant recipients may be required to provide progress reports and comply with the terms of their grant agreement.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ProductionReady does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductionReady Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. ProductionReady is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.
